For over two years, she has been coaching at Midtown Fitness, specializing in hypertrophy training. Having trained under Onder Adsay since 2019, Alex brings a wealth of experience to her work.
As a competitive bodybuilder in the NPC Figure and Wellness divisions, she is also available to assist new competitors with posing basics.
Prior to joining Midtown, Alex was a group fitness instructor and continues to love introducing people to the world of resistance training.

She is dedicated to helping her clients build strength, improve mobility, develop a positive mindset, and elevate their overall fitness.

Kristina is a certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) with a deep passion for strength training. Her personal motto is to become a little bit stronger every day.
Kristina works with clients to achieve a variety of goals, always emphasizing the importance of building strength with proper technique.
Kristina has also coached clients for several powerlifting meets and finds great joy in introducing newcomers to the sport.
Mary Jo Kraft is a retired combat veteran who served 20 years in the Montana Army National Guard as a Chinook Helicopter Aviator and Aviation Safety Officer. She is now an assisting pastor and travels to Africa twice a year to teach and mentor other pastors.
Mary Jo began her fitness journey at the age of 15, competing in powerlifting. Her high school bench press record of 200 pounds still stands today. She earned a collegiate athletic scholarship and competed on the Montana State University Track and Field Team, specializing in the hammer throw.
As an NASM/NCAA Accredited Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), Mary Jo is dedicated to helping her clients achieve their personal fitness goals. She employs an integrated training system and creates custom-tailored plans for each individual. Her passion lies in partnering with her clients throughout their journey to becoming healthier, leaner, and stronger.
Nattlie Cragen is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and a USPA Certified Referee with a strong background in both academic and practical aspects of human performance. Nattlie has completed collegiate-level coursework in Anatomy and Physiology and participated in specialized training through Metabolic Makeover courses to deepen her understanding of how the body functions and responds to fitness interventions.
Nattlie's passion for fitness began early, but it was in 2022 that she found her true calling in powerlifting. Since then, Nattlie has competed in 17 sanctioned meets, including two World Championships, Nationals, and the prestigious Invitational Pro Arnold Classic. Nattlie's commitment to the sport led her to earn her USPA referee certification, allowing her to support and give back to the powerlifting community.
As a trainer, Nattlie works with individuals of all ages and experience levels, helping clients reach goals ranging from weight loss and postpartum recovery to athletic performance, mobility, general fitness, and injury recovery.
