At Midtown Fitness, our mission is to provide a welcoming and inclusive environment for people of all fitness levels. We strive to help our members achieve their fitness goals and improve their overall health and well-being.
Established in 2021, the fitness facility is roughly 10,000 square feet and houses free weights, squat racks, weight machines, cardio equipment, and auxiliary components such as bands, jump ropes, and medicine balls. If you can think of it, our gym probably has it!
Our amazing team of experienced and certified personal trainers are here to empower our members to unlock their full fitness potential! In addition to our personal training offerings, we’re excited to help you nail your posing for competitive bodybuilding in our specialized posing room! We also support Strongman competitors and host our thrilling annual event every spring called MIDTOWN MAYHEM!

I’ve never been someone who enjoyed going to the gym. I’d get a membership, go for a few weeks or join a class or bootcamp, and then lose interest.
